📌 2. Grooming & Daycare Policies 🐾
To ensure a safe and stress-free experience, please review our service guidelines.
2.1 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid losing future booking priority.
Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may require rescheduling.
2.2 Grooming & Behavior Policy
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of fleas/ticks.
Aggressive or extremely stressed pets may require pausing or stopping the session.
Cat grooming must be done in a safe, enclosed space.
2.3 Doggy Daycare Policy
Dogs must be socialized and friendly to attend daycare.
Drop-off and pick-up must be within the agreed time slots. Late pickups may result in an additional fee.
2.4 Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash payments must be exact amount.
No refunds for last-minute cancellations or incomplete sessions due to pet aggression or stress.
2.5 Liability & Owner Responsibility
Owners must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or past grooming difficulties.
While we ensure safety, Estella’s Pet Paradise is not liable for pre-existing conditions, behavioral reactions, or injuries caused by uncooperative pets.
